8-26-14 Tonights Class we did rolls/falls, duck walks, frog hops, knuckle walks, dragon walks, punching drill. We followed that with partner stretching. Then we reviewed on some kicks (front hook, roundhouse, front stomp, side thrust kick, side razor, forward razor, flick kick, inside and outside cresent). Then we did a short workout with push ups ( normal, knuckle, fingertip, one handed), crunches, side crunches, Chinese crunches. Then we would work on the balance beam doing kicks and kicking combos going across both ways of the beam. After balance beam we did round robbin locks, holds and throws. Everyone would do different locks, holds, or throws. Then we reviewed some blocks and strikes for Patricks blue belt test! Good work tonight everyone!
