This person would operate an injection molding machine and perform inspections of product. Key Responsiblities of metals operator: -Run and be knowledgeable about the injection molding presses -Operate secondary equipment including trim press and shot blaster -Perform part tapping and deburring -Perform visual, in-process and final inspection of parts -Keep and maintain accurate records -Trim and package parts according to instructions -Communicate status of jobs to previous and following shifts and share information with Mold Techs about problems and process variations -Be involved in setting and achieving goals withing the organization -Complete cross-training and help train others as needed -Keep work area clean -Wear safety equipment and follow safety policies Requirements of position: -High school diploma or GED -One year of manufacturing experience -Basic math skills -Ability to read and comprehend work instructions Starting Pay: $10.07/hr Hours: 3rd shift 11pm - 7am M-F WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR WORKING 1 WEEKEND EACH MONTH.
