After you complete the 8 wk beginner course you can move up into Intermediate Prep 8 wk course that will prep you for the more intense levels with more challenging pole tricks and routines OR you can try out our other courses and classes in DANCE, FITNESS and various other group pole classes. Difficulty: The beginner course is EASY!
