8 Years ago today, my life was changed forever. It wasnt just my life but also the lives of the rest of my family. For it was on this day 8 years ago that my younger brother, Nicholas Pica died. Nicholas was a very compassionate individual and Im sure that anyone &/or everyone who knew Nicholas might say the same thing. If you read this, could you offer up a prayer for Nicholas and for my family on this day of the anniversary of his untimely passing. On a somewhat lighter note, Nicholas favorite sport was soccer and I find it somewhat fitting that the World Cup Final is today. To close, I am including a quote he has on his facebook page as well as what we had put on the back of his headstone... Do Not Worry I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about ... what you will wear. Life is more than food and clothes... Who by worrying can add a single hour to his life?...Your father knows your needs... seek his kingdom, and these things will be given to you as well...
