8 hours of hard work the day before, no rest because I couldnt sleep, worked on a few projects in getting my new Loft together, and waking up in chronic pain in my joints, but sucking it up. 3 hour drive to Wales, I Walk right in the joint, Dance up onto the stage, Danced for an hour and fifteen mins. straight and thirsty as hell, sorta lost my voice, and had no ear moniters.
