8 years ago today I was 21 years old and getting ready to marry a man who was offering me the world. Having never even left the country I was born in before, I agreed to move to his. Despite being incredibly young and with many obstacles in front of us, we have somehow managed to arrive at this day more in love than ever. There is something to be said about getting married so young. You have to learn to grow up together. You both change, and you have to figure out how to support those changes without losing each other along the way. And if you do lose each other, you find your way back. Because they mean everything to you. I can honestly say, that the decision to marry that man 8 years ago, was the best decision of my life. He is my best friend, and Im looking forward to spending the rest of our lives together.
