8 years ago today at 6:06pm after 18 hours of pain I NEVER thought would stop , all of a sudden it did at which point all I could hear were the nurses saying Look how big his feet are lol. I wont lie I was a bit nervous to see what they were talking about. They then handed me the most amazingly beautiful 9 lb 3 oz chubby cheeked blue eyed baby Boy. Was by far the best early Christmas present I could have ever received. Every year following had its laughs , tears, struggles, memories but most of all was filled with the love and bond a mother and son share. This boy has showed me how strong of a person I can really be when giving some of the hardest struggles thrown my way, that no matter what is said or done to me I can get past it. He has shown me strength, love, determination, will power and that nothing is impossible. Even at 8 years old when its No longer Cool to cuddle with Mommy, he will surprise me and allow me too. When Im having a really down day I know I can always count on him to make me laugh , hug me and tell me Mommy everything will be okay. When at school hes embarrassed to have his mom standing next to him but to his friends Im considered Im the coolest mom . When he tells me about his 3 girlfriends and all his Buddies... I realize hes definitely growing up and it terrifies me for whats to come lol. The first 8 years were amazing and Im ready for many more.. Although this Little boy is the same height as me he will always be My Little Boy . Happy 8th Birthday Boo Boo xoxo
