80 Percent of the expended energy we use is in our Digestion yet many of us eat as if we have a second set of teeth in our stomachs! When we eat processed and overcooked foods it causes the digestive system to work harder, resulting in gas, bloating and other serious complications. Eating should be embraced with thanksgiving and appreciating, a peaceful state when we eat, not a rush job or a contest to eat all the food that we can eat within a 5-10 minutes time. And there lies the problem... When we overeat, it causes gas, bloating and more serious complications. Foods which lack powerful enzymes are necessary and play a vital role in the digestion. Why? Four our bodies goes through a threefold process of... Appropriation: What and HOW we eat... Assimilation: Proper Digestion, enzymes at work... Elimination: Ah, now that is the second problem to poor eating... With overcooked, processed, and simply bad eating, causing an imbalance with the protein, carbohydrate and fat synthesis in the body, it can open the door to diseases, especially a lack of flora or good bacteria in the intestines. The results are widespread all because we dont take the time to eat properly and wisely. Beloved, there is hope. Start juicing and blending and know the difference between them. With juicing you separate the fiber and bulk leaving a healthy drink full of vitamins, minerals and nutrients. With the blender you keep the fiber and bulk of the food as the blood sugar is slowly spiked and the juicer a quicker rise in your blood sugar. Thats if you are juicing fruits, but why not both? Drinking vegetable juice is great, too, not the named brand juice in stores with almost one 1 thousand milligrams of sodium. Make it happen... Yes, you can blend or juice a number of combinations of veggies and fruits together and dont forget the ginger You can blend and juice daiy, but here is more... Purchase some probiotics and not from the dollar store. Shop around and peruse on line and go to the health store if you can and get some, or your neighborhood market. Probiotics helps with digestion and eating fiber rich foods with bowel movements. Drink plenty of water and water before meals, this too, aids in digestion. And thats enough for now, time to eat, baked fish, light pasta and a salad with raw spinach, cilantro, parsley, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc. Delicious! Exercise moderately or for some more intense, whatever works for you and about 45 minutes daily....and more to come, but not tonight or in some parts of the globe, today! From the Pen, well, the computer of TNT Apostles...
