80s NIGHT, DORSET A big well done to Emma Betts who got together to help two charities very close to their hearts. They set their sights on raising big bucks so they organised an 80’s themed big bash to make it happen. Fancy dress, photo booth, music, raffles and lots of fun were had by all. LV donated a hamper as one of the great raffle prizes. In total they raised £3,870 which will be split between the two charities. LV will also add £500 through the charity matching scheme to top it up even more. Two fabulous young people inspired the work of Emma and Vikki - please say hello to Mason and Tia . . . The first charity receiving support is DEBRA a national charity working on behalf of people in the UK with the genetic skin blistering condition Epidermolysis Buullosa (EB). The money raised will be used for research and support. The second is ‘Down Right Perfect (formally known as Downs in Dorset) . . . This is a support group which offers information and medical care such as physio, which has been set up for families and relatives for children born with Downs Syndrome. Emma says thank you to everyone who got involved with this fantastic event and as it looks set to be an annual party dont ditch the lycra or Frankie says relax clobber just yet.
