8K?!? Good freaking grief! Thats 33 megapixels. I read earlier that the human eye can see over 570 megapixels, but we only focus on (or process) 7 megapixels at a time. Of course it will be a while before these things are available at BestBuy...but Im already working on my grumpy-old-man speech: In my day we had 3 channels, on a cathode tube TV that gave off enough radiation to cook an egg. The TV had 64 colors...and all 3 channels went offline at midnight playing the Star-Spangled Banner....AND WE LIKED IT! :D
