8days ago i was diagnosed with Acute Lumbar Strain with Sciatica wich has put me out of sorts for about 11 days(6 on my duff).You will mentally,physically go through all kinds of Shit when your everyday activitys are taken away from you.Make bad choices,second guess things in your life,etc.....(for the ones who have been there..you know were im going),but today i was able to get to the gym for my first work out and it nailed a lot of stuff home for me(Some reel S@#%)1 I aint 22 anymore,those days are gone period never to return.2,You only got one body and even though ive taken good care of mine for the majority of my life(minus the occational bouts of insanity/drinking)still its the only one i will ever have,period.3,IM OLD MAN!need to realize that and start making some MAN SIZED CHOICES,DAILY!Through Gods Grace i will be 43 in a couple of days and its time re-focuss on some things.Still"The Big Game Hunter"Stay Hungry My Friends(I MIGHT NOT EVER FIGHT AGAIN,BUT THATS STILL ME)
