9/11: Training session #1 at mavenLAB. History was made! Still a bit dusty and incomplete but it felt like home. First intense workout since the Super Spartan. WARMUP: Jog up/down my street and Jump rope WORKOUT: 5 rounds of the following 5 exercises. Then 1000m row. All for time. Took me 31:46. 1. Pull ups: x16 2. DB (35 lb DB) S/L alt step ups (20) OH press: x16 total 3. Hanging knees to elbows: x16 4. KB (53 lbs) swings: x16 5. Plyo push ups: x16 ***1000 meter row.
