9:15am session completed a 4 phase leg workout. Phase 1 was a sprint workout. Phase 2 was a leg circuit with battle runs. Phase 3 was a body weight trailer challenge and the final phase 4 was a Battle Ropes team challenge. The group was asleep at the start this morning however the sprints woke them up. I was impressed with the group effort on the ropes and trailer. Stand out this morning goes to Kirsty. Kirsty showed some leadership this morning encouraging others during the session and her form on the exercises is spot on. Showing a consistent improvement in every session lately. Well done Kirsty!!
