9:15am session completed two AMRAPs of upper and lower body drill using DBs and Kickboards focusing on flexibility and recovery and then finished with water running. There was again small numbers this morning as only two showed. It has been 6 weeks now that the 9:15am pool session has not produced number due to the colder weather. To that end there will be no more 9:15am session until the warmer months and my decision is final. The 5:30am session will continue as normal. Stand out for this session goes to Jodie once again for encouragement and a positive attitude to being at training no matter the situation at hand. She is showing great energy and an awesome positive vibe that makes a trainers job even more enjoyable. I am please to have members like this at BCB. Mick Trainer DECERTO
