9/16/14 Partner up Tuesday Before you start the warm up have a partner bc its even done together. Station 1: 3 Min. AMRAPs a. Rowing b. Wall Balls Station 2: 3 Min. AMRAPs a. Sit-ups b. Farmers Carry Max Distance (every 100M you have 10 jumping Lunges) Station 3: 6 Min. Time Cap Max Weight Clean Stations 1 and 2 are done the same. One partner on a. and one on b. then after the first 3 minutes switch. there will be a 30sec. transition time. Bc of the volume of members in some classes starting at station 1 or 2 is permitted then switch to the other. STATION 3 WILL BE DONE LAST NO MATTER WHAT! Station 3 is both team members working from the same bar. The clock will be set for 6 min. and each partner will get a max clean within that time.
