9:41 AM, 50 degrees and sunny. Patti its Sunday. Well the trip to Portland yesterday was good. Butcher Bob and I left here about 6:30 AM. Got to the show about 9:30AM, Set up our models and waited it out. Bob won one third place ribbon, he entered 3 models. I entered 8 models and won 3 third place ribbons and one 2nd place ribbon. I bought 10 bucks worth of raffle tickets (14 tickets) and won 6 model kits. Bob bought 5 bucks worth and won 2. Those kits are worth about 25 bucks apiece so it was a great day. The show was held at a Dennys Convention Center in Clakamas, Oregon so after the show we ate dinner there and then drove home. Got home about 9PM. I really enjoyed talking with Brad, and The Daves, Holmes and Fletcher, Saw peter Struse, Dennis Pierce. Really it was a good day, Full of fun and friends. Now I am done until March of next year. I will get the photos done and posted on here soon. My plan for today is Football and Laundry. After I get the photos from the show done I will scan some more of Bobs in. The Seahawks play the Tampa Bay Bucs today. On the news last night they said it was the best team in the NFL playing the Worst team in the NFL. I thought OH NO!!!!!!!!!!!! That could be just right for an upset. Especially after the way Seattle played last week. They have been winning this year but playing sloppy football. They wont survive in the playoffs doing it that way. okay thats it for me, gonna get some clothes folded and the next load going. Type at ya tomorrow.
