9/8/14 Jonnys Garage Wod Weightlifting first (posted in first comment) Perform for Max Reps. (*See instructions for how many rounds) 3 Minutes Work, (1 min per exercise) 1 Minute Rest •Wall Ball 20/14 (10/9) •Box Jump Over 30/24 •C2B Pull Up -Score first 3 minute round with total reps performed. (Record your score) -Have a calculator ready! Multiply your first 3 minute total by .70 -Following rounds are scored the same way but you need not multiply again. -Your final round happens once you drop below 70% performance of your first round! (First round x .70). Final score= total reps from all rounds. Do not SandBag your first round! Do not hold back on following rounds to just barely beat 70%!!!
