Its nightmarish journey was planned by the nation’s political elite and watched by the international community, which chose to allow longstanding ethnic strife between Hutus and Tutsis to develop into genocide so as to aid the implementation of depopulation objectives that could not be reached by other means. Within one hundred days in 1994, almost 2 out of 10 Rwandans (and 70% of all Tutsi) were exterminated. As a result, the population declined from 7.1 to 5.3 million in a single year, but has since more than doubled due to very high fertility rates of 6 children per woman and today Rwanda has more than 11.6 million souls and the highest population density in continental Africa at 420 people per km2. Competition for land triggered the genocide in 1994, when the population density was half of what it is today. Unless Rwanda immediately passes a law restricting family size to two children and makes contraceptives freely available it is only a matter of time until another conflict erupts due to resource scarcity. Your administration is undoubtedly and rightfully under great pressure by the UN and its agencies to adopt covert population control measures, but I advise you to refuse to allow the international community to forcibly sterilize your people through vaccines or to poison them to infertility through GMOs. Instead you must legislate population control and avoid repeating the mistakes made by the developed world, mistakes that have rendered the people feeble, feeble-minded and chronically ill and have reduced and degraded their genetic and intellectual endowment. Rwanda has made some progress towards fulfilling the Millennium Development Goals due to foreign aid, but with a total fertility rate of 4.6 children per woman and 48% of the population under the age of 15 your country stands on the edge of demographic and environmental catastrophe and the help that you receive now is most certainly contingent upon your willingness to accept covert depopulation under the cover of reproductive health. You know as well as I do that unless you accept sterilizing vaccines and GMOs, the genocidal lobby that makes up the international community will cause a pandemic with a weaponized version of the Ebola of Marburg viruses, as they have in Western Africa. You can however avoid such catastrophe if you show political leadership and use the power of the law to accomplish the demographic objectives that your tiny and crowded country needs to if it is to avoid disaster. Since your annual birth rate is three times higher than your death rate, and your life expectancy is already among the lowest in the world at 58 years, your options for quickly defusing the overpopulation bomb are few: either you allow the international community to engineer a scientific genocide or you educate your people of the facts and pass a population control law. I hope you make the right decision and that your people find the discipline and wisdom to assume responsibility for their country’s future by limiting their reproductive rights for their children’s sake. Westerners, who pride themselves on their education and scientific knowledge, found neither the discipline nor the wisdom to assume responsibility and have instead allowed their governments to poison them into sterility for the past seven decades and in the process render them fat, stupid, weak and helpless.
