9 days …just 45 min total - enough time to realize - meditation works. Moving forward, Im doing this for 30 days (21 being the habit marker) to instill a life of mental training - just important as my movement training. It is an exploration, a journey. We are blessed with a most amazing mind, the most powerful tool we have. I want squeeze out all its capabilities and potential while here on this earth. So grateful!
