9% in sales taxes starting today in Stockton. I think that is pathetic that we pay for higher taxes to hire more Police for a job that should b done anyways. We INDIANS just paying for more COWBOYS. WE are a crime riddled city.... and u think the criminal cares that the cops say quit resisting and kill you. And was more pathetic we the tax payer is going to pay and you voted it. I guess you got some faith in the system that it would not b you who reaches for his insurance card in the glove box and gets shot 37 times. Because the cowboy swears he had a weapon. What r u teaching our kids what an example we are our system is. We are one of the highest smallest tax paying City. We pay and pay and NOTHING CHANGES. I love my city but come on now when does the working man get ahead...
