A fool who will drag you down with him as he has no idea and understanding of the work and whatever he will tell you to do is going to backfire 2.SCREAMER BOSS: This type of boss thinks he will get the work done by screaming and pressurizing employees. His manifesto is “The higher the volume, the higher the commitment”. The bosses just want to know they are being heard, they want attention and recognition. For employees suffering this kind, it will be best to get along with him and gain some trust and respect, perhaps that can help him to lower his tone 3.SMART BOSS: This type of boss is usually intelligent yet most dangerous. He is focused, motivated and always has a secret plan. If you work for such boss, watch your back. 4.AIMLESS BOSS: He is un-focused, uneducated, perhaps new to the business or unfamiliar with the technology. He can be a good boss who might just not be focusing on his work at the moment. You can help to wake him up and bring him up to speed. 5.FRIENDLY BOSS: He is the dream boss, who doesn’t want to be your superior but likes to work in a friendly environment. It will be certainly be a good asset to be having such a boss 6.PERFECTIONIST: He is the one who likes to control all of your work. He is very obsessive and a micro-manager. Whatever you do to please him, would never be enough and one day you start doubting your own abilities. Best way to deal with him is to know his expectations so you both can get on the same page. 7.UN-REALISTIC BOSS: Oh well, He has some unrealistic expectations from his employees. He is unique in his work and abilities and expects same from his employees. He may cause confusions around his expectations of projects. 8.GREAT BOSS: He has all the qualities of the great boss. He is a super motivator, supportive and visionary. He sees every one with fairness regardless of any favoritism communicates well with the employees and keeps a healthy working environment for his staff 9.TWO MINUTES BOSS: He is a not different than a perfectionist, who wants control over situations. He asks you questions which has detailed answers yet he cuts you off in the middle because he is already too busy in some other work. He asks you to submit project progress report by the end of the week yet he rarely remembers that he asked. He always gives you impression that he is too busy with his work.
