9 years ago yesterday, I went full time as Vicki. It wasnt planned that way but after appearing as a guest on KPBSs These Days radio show at 9am on July 5 2005, I never went back. I convinced Tom that I should come dressed as a woman and went straight to work afterwards as Vicki and never went back. That live 1 hour interview was very scary for me as I had been told that I would lose my clients, my friends and my family if I went through with this. I asked my therapist to accompany me. It was a life changing event. If Tom had not accepted my offer to appear on the show, things may have been different. Many of my friends and others called in including my son.
