Understanding the relative conditions (constant variables: Fixed positioning of the camera and mechanical conditions-camera shutter speeds/aperture settings), I am able to capture events with minimal blurring to the anomalies based on the high operating conditions of the technology (ISO 409600) HD Video processed in Media Composer/ Boris Fx DNxHD 145 AVID Codec. The facts indicate indeed an Extraterrestrial presence in our airspace (Washington DC). We have established a basis of analysis, which clearly indicates that the anomalies which emit the Green Beam propulsion contrails are Extraterrestrial Space craft and not meteors or Shooting stars (Geminid meteors).
