90% of companies fit the criteria described by SCOTUS, and it has the potential to effect 52% of the US employed population, according to this article. Even if those numbers are inflated by twice as much as they should be, its an extremely scary situation! First amendment rights cannot be upheld for a corporate identity that should not even have individual human rights, let alone be granted the ability to affect a majority of US citizens. This is a travesty against individual freedoms. If a company wants freedom from government mandates, then they should also give up government grants, subsidies, tax breaks and loopholes!
