90% of employees talk bad about the company for which they work. - TopicsExpress

90% of employees talk bad about the company for which they work. More than 95% want either the MD or Chairman to resign from that company. Sometimes they voice it in public and the MD knows they dont like him/her. In other instances, the few loyal employees tell the MD or Chairman about the disloyalty from the many employees...but the disloyal employees are hardly sacked. At the very worst, the company writes to them to show cause why they shouldnt be relieved from their duties. To be literally ejected from ones work station is unheard of. It is utterly despicable and above all, most barbaric. Political parties could be equated to a company registered under the Political Parties Act. Margerer was such an allegedly disloyal employee whom the party ought to have asked to show cause why he shouldnt be fired as the Executive Director. To manhandle him, unlawfully and violently eject him from office is to be both condemned and despised by the lovers of ODM as a party but most importantly by law abiding and peace loving Kenyans. I rest my case.
