95 Decibels, a film about the emotional obstacles that parents face when learning that their child has a hearing loss, has been selected to be part of the Cinema St. Louis Local Filmmakers Showcase in July. The screening of 95 Decibels will be part of the Expatriate Shorts Package -- Sunday, July 13 at 4:45.
