99% chance its a scam. I am sure there will be more than a couple of regulations and red tape they will have to overcome, but the development has so many implications for all other transport needs and for power generation for micro-grids. Given the thousands of scientist working on thorium powered devices in Asia it is encouraging to see efforts like this in the west. It may be a more fantasy than fact at the moment. This appears to have lot of promise but is on my scam alert. It makes for a good weekend read.
