99% of people doing squats do them wrong for a multitude of reasons. One of the biggest mistakes is never reaching 90 degrees. Do you know why? Not enough flexibility in their hips, not enough quad strength, fear of not being able to return to the standing position. The Smith Machine is an excellent trainer which allows you to increase flexibility and keep you in true linear direction. I will rep out these sets.
