A 14 year old male from Beech Hill, Wigan has been given a 2 year anti-social behaviour order at Wigan Magistrates Court. Ashley Shaw is prohibited from: 1) Associating with any of the following persons in any public place in the Borough of Wigan: • Dylan Bromley • Callum Hugill • Jordan Naylor • Callum Wareing 2) Whether by himself or instructing or encouraging any other person from using, abusive, insulting, offensive and/or intimidating language or behaviour within sight or hearing of any person not of the same household as herself in the Borough of Wigan. This includes, but is not limited to shouting abuse or the throwing of stones with the intention to cause alarm, harassment or distress. 3) Enter areas on maps. Namely Portions of Gidlow Lane (near to Frog Lane), Alexandra Park exluding the Skate Park, The Grand Arcade Shopping Centre, Wigan Life Centre and Wigan Youth Zone. If you witness Shaw breaching any of the above conditions please contact Police on 101 or 999 in an emergency. This order will last to 04/10/2015
