A 30 year old man was being evaluated for bilateral hip pain. Clinically Internal rotation of the hip was reduced with hip in flexion. He has history of recurrent pain in the hands and feet in the past. A Chest Xray was obtained. MRI of both hips are attached. Whats your diagnosis? Explain your findings a.
