A 30 year patient , H / O generalized tonic clonic convulsion ( 2 episodes ) on Phenytoin sodium 100 mg 12 hourly since 20 days, C / O generalized tonic clonic convulsion and attended emergency department. Which step is not recommended ? a. Increase the dose of Phenytoin sodium and continue at least 3 year after the last seizure. b. Decrease the dose of Phenytoin sodium gradually and start Valproate. * c. Send blood sample for therapeutic plasma Phenytoin sodium level immediately . d. Administer loading dose of Phenytoin sodium .
