A 36 year old caucasian female presented with malaise, joint pains and Raynauds phenomenon for the last 6 months. On physical examination she was afebrile and had a supine blood pressure of 110/80mm Hg Blood tests revealed: Hb 11.5 g/dl, MCV 85 fl erythrocyte sedimentation rate of 80 mm/first hour antinuclear antibody (ANA) - strongly positive antitopoisomerase I antibody (formerly anti SCL-70 antibody) positive normal C3 and C4 anti-DNA, anti-centromere, anti-RNP, anti-Ro and La antibodies - negative What other feature is likely to be present?
