A 9 year old girl gets washed away in to a drain after a heavy down pour in Bangalore. This is the pathetic state of affairs how our public works depts work. Very alarming situation. This is the quality how our metropolitan cities are governed. Who needs to be blamed for this grave human error. We leave the drains uncovered more so during monsoons & render them potential death traps. The responsible stake holders need to be severely punished as it amounts to culpable homicide & a criminal offence. This is not the sole occurence we lose innocent lives during every monsoon in succession. Still the same lapse gets repeated. Every one go scot free.
