A BAD HEADACHE will ruin a good day and I have had some head crushing headbangers since childhood, probably bordering on Migraine. Anyway, this guy walks into my office when I was Inmate Law Library Clerk and he wanted some legal help with his 2255 motion. He was a Jewish Mystical young guy from south Florida and somewhere else and I mentioned to him my splitting headache. And he Says, Oh yeah, let me fix for that for you, like he was changing tires. Now I know others have heard of this maneuver or technique and it has worked virtually every time or at least provided some release, depending how good you do it, too yourself. By the way, I thank God every day for the Lucky Star on my ass for the day this guy darted my door! Anyway again, all he did was he walked around behind me reaching over my rather substantial bank presidents desk office chair that clearly had descending from the Wardens Office with desk to match, and he started mashing my head or skull with the palms of his hands squeezing real hard but not trying to hurt you, moving locations after pausing and squeezing then the same thing but just using the fingertips like he was trying to poke pin holes in my head at like one inch intervals and then a couple more good squashing the head front and back and both sides and walla! I felt relief immediately and after ten minutes gone! Could not believe it! I used to do it too myself only when they got real bad but it works every time and just doing it half ass provides like 50% relief from real bad headaches.
