A BALANCED LIFE: The Bible challenges and counteracts our natural spiritual imbalances. Our sinful selves destabilize us, but Scripture right us. Too much dwelling on our hurts, aches, pains, and troubles and too little time rejoicing in the goodness and mercy of God. Too much occupation with our needs and too little interest in the needs of others; too much time spent watching television and not enough time spent reading the Word of God; too much stress on Christian social action and too little involvement with Christian evangelism. Eccl. 12: 13: 14. Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God commandments, For this mans all. For God will bring every work into judgment, Including every secret thing, whether good or evil.
