A BEGGAR HAS NO CHOICE This old saying is no longer true especially in South Africa. An Indian beggar was at a SHELL Garage in Overport soliciting for help from drivers who come in to buy petrol,diesel or other items. I parked my car in the middle of many other cars. This lad was moving from car to car begging,he passed my car severally,my car windows open,he would jump me and go to other cars.Then i decided to observe the reason. I sat for more than 30 mins, i discovered this beggar was only approaching fellow Indians,colourd and white dudes. All the black drivers that came in within that period,he did not approach. MAY HE HAS A TIMETABLE FOR DIFFERENT RACES.LOL. Some beggars here dictate to you how much they want from you. Some hit your car hard when you dont offer them any thing. ALMS GIVER HAS NO CHOICE
