A BIG THANK YOU to Team PIF - Nida, Maheen, Ahmad Azfaar Siddiqi , Walia Jamshan, Zohra, Sarah, Mansoor, Areej, Moiz and our volunteers Mobassara, Ali, Aaroon, Anam, Fatima, Saniya, and Shazia who worked really hard over the last few weeks and the final day to make this fantastic event possible. In particular, without Nida Athars support and guidance this event would not have been. Ahmad Azfaar Siddiqi literally worked the midnight oil and without his commitment to the cause PIF 2014 could not have been delivered the way it was .My family - particularly Little Aariz and my mom - sacrificed a lot the last few weeks. Also, the BOARD MEMBERS whose contributions can hardly be ignored, particularly, Saad Amanullah Khan without whom PIF would have been still-born, and others such as Hasan Rizvi, Ibrahim Qureshi, Kauser Malik, Farrukh Kamran, Dr. Arshad Ali, and Aamir Matin who contributed at various junctures. Another heart-felt thanks to those UNSUNG HEROES OF PIF who contributed - physically or with their ideas - throughout the year long journey. Particularly noteworthy are my friends Akhtar Hasnain, Zia Imran, Shoaib Zaidi, Afaque Ahmed, Salman Abedin, and Yahya Faruqui, who remained steadfast supporters and champions of PIF but also Ahmed Ansari, Sarah Adeel, Farhan Ahmed, Ahmed Umair and many more who may remain unnamed for now.
