A Beautiful Sunday at Magons Bay Druming and singing as many did yoga for Peace ! Energy was up! Nice conversations with friends afterward catching up from the summer away! Stopped in Red Hook on the way before returning to St John another conversation with a friend that had tears in my eyes! Its such a amazing universe we live in! Sharing stories that may be a bit out of the box for some but brings chills to my arms and shivers to my spine! Life is a wonderful experience when you take time and use it in your favor! Cant wait till fall ends and the cool breezes of winter start to blow as at the moment the temp and humidity are kicking my butt! s and Gratitude for a cool swim in the middle of the day!
