A Better Perspective Are there people in your life with whom you have a conflict? Do you have expectations of how they will act when you see them? Well lets be honest here,we must answer yes to both. We are of flesh and we tend to contribute or condone to the ways of the evil one. Whether these expectations are positive or negative,our responsibility is to love those people and honor them above ourselves. The apostle Paul did so by trying to understand other peoples points of view. He knew that if he could see from their perspective ,he could better represent Christ to them. Lets all renew our minds on this subject today,in my opinion in not adapting to our old way of thinking about people whom done us wrong in a negative manner,as that only puts us against the word and the way of God,,thus causing us to sin,thus causing a division between God and us,as God can not be where sin is.So we need to help ourselves by understanding we can not control the free will of others,if they so chose to act in a mean,slandering,hurtful manner it is them whom will have the consequences for there actions to deal with, let us not follow suite,but rather act in accordance with God so he will remain with us and He will help us to overcome those bad feelings. We all need to do this as no one is exempt as long as we are in these earthly vessels. We need the help of the Holy Spirit and we must start asking him for help when faced with this. Lets just be attentive to it,that is the first step. Lets all start to expect the best of those people today and give them the benefit of the doubt. ( I know I could just hear everybody now saying are you nuts) I understand ,we are all in this together,but we must remember,now with a renewed perspective we just received,this will allow us all to be a better representative of Christ,and in doing so have greatly enriched our own lives because we now have asked God for help,thus including Him in our lives, where as the other party has omitted Him from their lives to act in accordance with there will. Now let me ask you this,is it or isnt it better to be in good grace with God,where He can work with you,for you,for his glory,rather then being exposed to the enemy and all his tricks. Bow your head and you be the better person today,as the person you help quite honestly in all this is yourself ! Lets all ask God to help us renew our minds today! Romans-12:10 Love each other as brothers and sisters and honor others more then you do yourself. 1-Corinthians-99:22-24 To the weak I became weak,to win the weak. I have become all things to all men so so that by all possible means I might save some.I do all this for the sake of the gospel, that I may share in its blessings. Do you not know that in a race all runners run,but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. My Footnote- Understand that when we do everything God tells us to do in scripture in trying to forgive others and get over arguments and they still act in bad spiteful, evil ways,and you did everything on many occasions to rectify this by staying in Gods word,that is the key word,by Gods means you must cast them out of your life. You can not be drawn into there lifestyle and have that affect you own personal walk with God. Do not let others steal your joy!
