A Bishop Eustace graduate needs our prayers! Madison Capella ‘13 was walking near the Loyola University campus on Friday, when she was struck by a vehicle and severely injured. Maddie sustained multiple injuries including a concussion, and according to her uncle, Fr. Joe Capella; ...has had surgery to pin, plate and reconstruct her entire right side from her ribs down to her ankle. She has life altering issues, but no spinal or head trauma, thank God. Maddie is a freshman at Loyola U. and is at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore. She is awake and talking this morning, but faces a long road to recovery and rehabilitation ahead. Please keep her and the Capella family in your thoughts and prayers.
