If it werent for good old diggers Free of nastiness and sniggers We simply wouldnt be here to appreciate this time What a very special place We all live in and save face And its because the old boys never questioned why. You gotta fight and cry and die for all that things that Aussies want more Its now, its real and thank you very much. I sincerely thank those Aussies in their khaki high starched cozzies Storming beaches that only pommies cold have picked If you gave us one more round We would have told you most profound That your arrogance was why the whole thing went tits up.
