A CASE OF CHEATING BUSINESS BY FACEBOOK USER NAMELY “GEMS STONE DEEPAK” (https://facebook/gemsstonedeepak?fref=ts) This case is prepared and furnished for people’s understanding and welfare. I request to all my Facebook Friends to share it as much as possible. BACKGROUND NOTE - Factual Information of transaction done between Mr. Deepak Bhandari (Facebook Profile: Gems Stone Deepak, Cell No. 9876007070) and Mr. Navin Chitalangia. HISTORY - On 28.08.2014 Mr. Navin has been purchased two Gems stones from Mr. Deepak. The item purchased was - NEELI (IOLITE) 2 Pcs. (9.50 +10.44) = 19.94 Carat @ 140/- plus courier charges = Total Rs. 2,880/-. This item (NEELI/IOLITE) found DUPLICATE (SYNTHETIC) and duly returned vide DTDC Courier Docket No. K73302185 dated 08.09.2014. The certification of “IMMITATION” is furnished in attached photo for people’s kind perusal. Subsequently a new order placed by sending another Rs. 1,000/- extra for new item i.e. OPAL 10.80 Carat (approx) @ Rs. 350/- per Carat plus Courier Charges = Total Rs. 3,880/- This Opal was found “DOUBLET OPAL” which is not a solid stone but the joint of 2 opals. The picture of Joint-Opal is enclosed in attached photo.This Opal was duly returned back vide DTDC Courier No. V18733505 dated 20.09.2014. (A doublet is a type of gem composed in two sections. It is sometimes used to imitate other, more expensive gems. Mr. Deepak has promised to return the said money through a SMS (attached in photo) and Mr. Navin has gone a furlong on humanitarian grounds to give Mr. Deepak time, however till date Mr. Deepak shows no intentions of paying. After several trials and on humanitarian grounds, Mr. Navin tried to give time to repay back the money of the stone. The message received on the cell phone on 04/11/2014 is self explanatory. CONCLUSION AND WORD OF CAUTION Last message received was on 04/11/2014 requesting for time to deposit the money back in my account. So far there has been no credit for this person. However, Mr. Navin has made several tries to get back with Mr. Deepak but all in vain. Now, Mr. Deepak does not receive his phone calls nor replies back to his emails. Please think TWICE before dealing with Mr. Deepak (Gems Stone Deepak) in future!
