A CONFESSION...of sorts: Since about two days after my last day on the air, I have wanted to be back in radio. Life, egos, hurt feelings, self doubt, and the belief that I wasnt the type of person I needed to be to achieve what I wanted in the industry all got in the way. Fast forward to today... I am this close (index finger and thumb squeezed tightly together, one eye closed to focus on just how close) to getting back to what I love to do, what I was meant to do. If all goes according to plan...scratch that...WHEN the deal is finalized, I am going home - back behind the mic to talk to my people and to play the music that has provided the soundtrack of our lives - to do my own show, on my own terms.
