A CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY A friend recently forwarded me a You Tube movie lasting 2 minutes and 27 seconds. Following is the link youtube/watch?v=EMLHtywaqSY. Please take a few minutes to watch this and then ask yourself why the BDS movement supported by the Methodist Church and other misguided governments and NGOs want to impose sanctions against Israel and boycott her internationally renowned academic and research institutions. Without getting into the valid arguments about such organizations judging Israel by standards so different to those by which they judge themselves, their re-writing of the history books to suit their political agendas and narratives and the never-ending barrage of lies they concoct to delegitimize and demonize Israel, please ask yourself why they want to boycott the nation I am so proud to be a part of. Tragically, being anti-Semitic is no longer politically incorrect. That is what these movements are. Sadly, they and many other well-intentioned liberally minded people have succumbed to the systematic and relentless brain-washing of the Arab propaganda machine. How can any organization call for a boycott against the development of technologies like the one featured in this You Tube clip? These technologies bring relief and an improved quality of life to people suffering from the most dreadful illnesses and the severest of handicaps. What gives these organizations the right to advocate the prevention of relief to people less fortunate than themselves? Did they ask the blind people in this clip whether the research and development of such a technology should have been boycotted? If these organizations succeed in their mission to boycott Israel and cripple her research and academic institutions, how many less fortunate people will be denied relief from their illnesses and handicaps? From the terrible earthquakes in Haiti and Turkey to the recent devastating floods in the Philippines, Israel is always there to provide quality services to those who need it when they need it most. The same BDS protagonists call these “organ harvesting” missions. This only serves to underscore their true motivation and their total disregard for human suffering. I asked myself the same question as I am now asking you to ask yourself. Why? I can only conclude that people and organizations advocating boycotts of Israel are guilty of a crime against humanity.
