A California based group called “Kids Against Divorce” has proposed a ballot measure which, if successful, would require all Colorado brides- and grooms-to-be to attend at least 10 hours of pre-wedding marriage education classes. The required class time would increase to 20 or 30 hours for those marrying for the second or third times respectively. Click on the link to read more about the initiative.
