A Christian friend of mine loaned some money to an atheist friend. The atheist promised to repay and neglected to pay back anything but offered excuse after excuse. Finally, my Christian friend went to his house and demanded payment and received nothing. He then terminated their friendship in anger. He told me that if this man were to be in dire need that he would never lift a finger to help him. This is an embarrassing testimony of how someone let a few dollars rule over him to the point that his atheist friend surely now is totally turned off to his only hope of redemption from that awful place called Hell.
