A Christian must never think his life is of little consequence! The world has its ideas on who the movers and shakers are but God thinks otherwise and Im with Him! We should realize that we may move mountains through faith in prayer and even in other things but let us also be encouraged and comforted in the fact that God sees all and is a rewarder of those who seek of Him and walk in spirit and in truth. We are not only participants in the kingdom of God now, but even the so called little things we do , say, think and speak are the materials being used to build our eternal homes. It is these little things such as standing for truth, helping those in need, such as we are able, administering according to our gifts, being faithful to God and men, seeking all truth and walking therein, holding to integrity, dying to self and on and on. We are building upon the foundation of Christ both for our place, position and eternal dwelling but also and perhaps primarily for the kingdom of God, the New Jerusalem! 1 Corinthians 3:10According to the grace of God which was given to me, like a wise master builder I laid a foundation, and another is building on it. But each man must be careful how he builds on it. 11For no man can lay a foundation other than the one which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. 12Now if any man builds on the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw, 13each mans work will become evident; for the day will show it because it is [to be] revealed with fire, and the fire itself will test the quality of each mans work. 14If any mans work which he has built on it remains, he will receive a reward. 15If any mans work is burned up, he will suffer loss; but he himself will be saved, yet so as through fire.
