Mike forgets that the same protection offered non believers, also protects him and his followers from the establishment of a strict catholic (or protestant) doctrine of government, where baptists, methodists, lutherans, mormons, 7th day, etc, would suffer. And everyone wants to go to the middle east to fight the Taliban and ISIL......
