A Christmas Village has been a big part of the Choate family from San Jose, California for many years but this version had a great new addition. Maddy Choate started at CU-Boulder last fall and her family surprised her with a cool CU sculpture created by her mom’s cousin Greg Jones. From Maddys mom Lisa - The village collection has been collected for Maddy since she was 8 months old so we thought it would only be appropriate to include the University as part of the village now that shes a BUFF and Boulder is her home. Maddy is a member of Colorado Buffaloes Cheerleading and is currently undeclared for a major but has an eye on CU-Boulder College of Media, Communication and Information for Journalism.
