A County construction project to complete the extension of Dorsey - TopicsExpress

A County construction project to complete the extension of Dorsey Run Road in Elkridge is scheduled to begin on or about next Thursday, May 29. The scope of work also includes improvements to Montevideo Road. The project is not expected to impact the flow of traffic through spring of 2015; however, during the last few months of the construction project, road closure and detour will be necessary and clearly marked. Motorists will be detoured using Washington Boulevard, Waterloo Road, Wigley Avenue and Montevideo Road. Flagging operations will be in place to direct traffic as needed, and signs will be posted to advise motorists of the construction. Weather permitting, the project should be completed by mid-October 2015.
